![]() I think you have achieved your aim of making chess fun for a wide audience. I have many of the commercial and free chess programs for windows and also for android/apple devices, and SparkChess is my new 'go to' favourite for a quick casual and fun game of chess. Beginners should consider playing this as it comes with a rule book on the front page. SparkChess is a superbly presented and polished program. While it is not easy to play, the gameplay is highly replayable and rewarding. You will need to consider multiple boards and a hundred different moves that could take place. Ultra mesmerizing and challenging gameĥD Chess With Multiverse Time Travel is a cut above other chess games as it proves to be challenging to even the most experienced players. You will also find the settings section on the same page, so you can customize the game’s features according to your preferences. There are rules available on the main page, so you can always refer to that if you are unsure of what to do during a match. Your ability to win will be challenged by your experience and foresight.įor example, playing against the artificially intelligent system may be easy for longtime players as opposed to new ones. Lastly, you can choose to play with another user in an online multiplayer match or play against the game’s engine. Boards are also dynamic in themselves because their size can change from 8x8 to 6.6 squares. Electing to play human vs human simply allows the user local control over both the white. Second, you can try different tricks or moves on each board or round. Unlike BabaChess, Free Chess does not support online multiplayer. ![]() Amazing stuff.First, the multilevel boards on multiple timelines are already a lot to keep track of. I’ve seen some of these apps perform very well vs Stockfish and even force some draws here and there with the white pieces, but I’ve NEVER!!! Seen an app beat that engine, and I’ve NEVER!!! Seen results other than a loss with the black pieces. It drew the 2nd game with black, and it drew the 3rd game with white. I always play the winner against Stockfish (11, not 12 which I know is the newest and best, but v.11 is still a world renowned chess software amongst players and the computer chess world, elite engine nonetheless, certainly a 3000+ Elo I would assume.) This app one it’s little tourney and in the 3 games vs Stockfish that it played (1 white, 1 black, then one random) it one its first game with the white pieces in an AMAZING! Passed pawn pushing end game. ![]() when I get bored I’ll download a bunch of random chess apps and play them against each other at their highest difficulty, in little engine/chess bot tourneys. ![]() So I’m a pretty serious chess player, and I’m really really into computer chess/engine chess. ![]()
